MICHELLE LINDAU

Contract Trainer and Assessor

Michelle has many years’ experience working in the community sector. She has managed many community development based projects including youth, active ageing/ageing in place and dementia specific programmes and women's projects. She also managed community based organisations for some years and has extensive mentoring, change management and leadership experience. 

For some years, Michelle has been training and facilitating a wide variety of workshops and subjects within the sector; both throughout the Sydney region and across regional New South Wales. She has done much work with organisations to provide practical, contextualized training materials to ensure that learners are able to apply their learning well within their work settings.

She has a passion for engaging with and encouraging people who work within the sector to better enable them to provide strengths based, responsive and respectful support and leadership.

In her spare time, Michelle travels regularly to India and engages in creative pursuits like painting, sewing and copious coffee drinking in nice cafes!
