Aboriginal Dementia Care Resource

Aboriginal Dementia Care – A resource for service providers’ was developed in 2013 by Macarthur Disability Services HACC Training & Reform Project (now known as Sector Support, Development & Training Project) through funds received from Ageing, Disability & Home Care (ADHC) and Department of Social Services (DSS).

The aim of the project was to develop a resource to assist frontline workers to further enhance their knowledge and skills and to assist community organisations in implementing best practice through cultural protocols in establishing and engaging the community.
